wow! you can actualy feel the workout! :D ... dum dum dum... downside is that it does sometime come out when you visit the toilet... maybe squating loosens it? :-/ sometimes i can hear the metal balls inside clink n clank... maybe ill go for the smartballs next time..., but boy it feels great when your in a motor vehicle!! ;) the vibration really sets off. hehe.

I agree, that initially I did need to put in more work than just inserting them and letting them do their thing. However, this only applied to when I first got them and when I really, really needed to do something to improve my pelvic floor muscles, they just kept slipping! The more I wear them, (and practice the exercises in conjunction with them), the better my pelvic floor tone becomes and the less I need to do the exercises - the SmartBalls are doing their job! I'm looking forward to the time I can wear them and forget them - have them do the toning all on their own. Yay for SmartBalls!!!

These are fantastic - every girl should use them, especially if you've had kids. My partner notices a marked difference in sensation (much firmer) and I get stronger orgasms! They are an excellent alternative to doing endless pelvic floor exercises - just wear them and let them do all the work.

I like the idea of these but I'm finding it impossible to walk with them, they keep popping out - does that mean my pelvic floor muscles are really weak?
D.VICE replies...ensure you are inserting the Loveballs high into your vagina (using a little lube). Initially try wearing them around home. If you are having issues walking try weaing them when you ae standing (such as doing the dishes or talking on the phone) Consciously contract your muscles and gradually introduce movement. Once you can hold the Loveballs in you should be able to wear them during the day and not have to focus on holding them in. They are very effective so do persist. They do really work -happy inner toning!

I got a pair free and love them. I definitely need them as they can sometimes slip - I assume this will improve as my muscles do. I would not advise jumping or moving too vigorously if you didn't want other people to hear them.

Honestly these take a little more work than they let on, you need to actually practice your Pelvic floor excercises with them as they may not really yield the results if you're not prepared to put the work in! [We find exactly the opposite - all you need to do is wear them, and they do the rest. I'm surprised by your experience. Advice Grrl x]

I can reccommend the Love balls if you've had kids. It took a while but after 3 kids my muscles were pretty weak. I'm amazed now my husband gets more sensation during sex and I don't need to worry about sneezing!
