  Just a word of warning - when you try these out for the first time, don't leave them in too long. I popped them in and it didn't feel like my muscles were doing too much work so I thought I'd be fine to keep wearing them for a few hours while walking around town. The next day my pelvic muscles were aching so badly, I felt like I had a bad case of period pains and it hurt to lean forward for about two days! I didn't realise you need to wear them for short periods of time and slowly work up to being able to wear them all day! But once your muscles get used to them they're great.

  Yeah, if you're going to spend money on these, spend a little more and buy the fun factory ones. The string in these are annoying. I'm off to get me some silicone ones :)

  I had a pair, and they did increase sensation. However: a) The string is just that.. string, so it could be difficult to wash and became stained when I was wearing them and taken unawares by my period. b) The seam, as someone mentioned, does let in fluids and water. After a few uses, the seam split and I was rather horrified to find all the stuff that had gotten in and I hadn't noticed. I do recommend them, as they do work, but perhaps go for the more expensive version - the silicone ones. I will certainly be giving those a try!

  Well now, these are weird! Just popped them in for the first time, and am concerned that they're going to fall out again! Is that how they strengthen your muscles?? Altogether strange, but if it makes me stronger I'll keep em in for a while yet!

  I thought these were great, i had the soft ones found them a bit hard to clean as there is a seam which got the water in, so please make sure to dry properly. but after two kids i'm dancing again with full confidence thanks to the great girls in welly.

  Quite enjoyable to wear, but I find they rattle audibly when I walk or laugh, and so I don't recommend wearing them around the office...

  These are great! Way easier than doing PC exercises, and not only has my man noticed the difference, even my doctor said my muscles were strong!

  These love balls are EXCELLENT! They are so easy to use and really do work. All my friends have either purchased them or are planning to purchase them in the near future. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

  If you've had kids these balls are life changing! They were for me. My midwife recommended them and after 2 kids my muscles are still toned. I've also found I have learnt to have more muscle control, which is pleasurable for both myself and my husband. One tip - don't leave these soaking in water, just rinse them off. I left my first lot soaking and they eventually got full of water - not very hygienic!

  These are very beneficial! They are safe, with a non-offensive appearance and easy to clean. As long as you give them a chance they will sub-conciously make you contract the pelvic floor muscles. The soft balls made a huge difference for me sexually and also for my health, having had a "weak bladder." I would recommend these soft tone balls over the traditional love balls as with the traditional balls, a gentle knocking sound can be heard outside the body.
