Thought I had good orgasms then I bought this thing today. I was sceptical about the tickler part as I've never had that sensitive a clitoris, but not anymore! Fantastic, was skeptical about the pearls doing anything decent but they are amazing, plus the ears vibrate like nothing else. Only complaints are there's no off button so you have to button down to the bottom to stop it and it's not all that quiet, but it's definitely worth it nonetheless.

My first buy and boy did I get it right. I have never reached the sweet spots that this baby gives me. I love being able to change the speeds - both the tickler and rotater. Down side; it is not as quiet as I would like - mind you when I'm using I'm hardly quiet myself. A must buy for singles or partners.
