Postage and handling
Goods will be sent on the next working day after payment clears, (if they are in stock). If any items are out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery date and hold or refund your payment. You choose.
Please note, due to current COVID related delays for deliveries you order may arrive later than outline below.
New Zealand Delivery
We offer a 1-3 working day/s courier service to the main centres in New Zealand once payment has cleared.
Pick ups and deliveries are made Monday to Friday from the D.VICE toy depot, so please allow an extra 2-3 days if you place your order over the weekend.
Allow for 2-3 working days for outlying and rural delivery areas/
- We deliver to anywhere in New Zealand including to PO Boxes.
Discreet packaging is assured, your parcel will arrive in an unmarked courier bag, we put a return address only on the bag and DO NOT include our business name.
If you have not received your parcel within 5 days...
If you have paid by credit card (online) or direct credit . bank transfer, please contact us immediately at info@dvice/co/nz so that we can track the item.
Please note, cheques are no longer accepted as a payment method
If there is likely to be a delay not related to the payment of your order, we will notify you immediately.
International payments (when not using a credit card)
Payments from outside of New Zealand can be made via telegraphic transfer directly into the D.VICE account. Please note as well as attracting a telegraphic transfer fee from your own bank, there is an NZD $20 fee charged by our receiving bank which you must pay. Please add this amount to your total order BEFORE you make the payment to avoid additional extra costs. We recommend you contact us at before making the TTF.
Worldwide Special Delivery Charges
For orders of gift vouchers only postage and handling is free anywhere in the world for any number of gift vouchers/
International orders, where delivery is outside New Zealand, attract NZ Post international postage rates. Delivery times anywhere in the world are approximately 4 - 12 days, possibly longer due to COVID restrictions. Please see below for NZ Post international rates.
PLEASE NOTE: For any orders which are not described in this postage and handling page, D.VICE reserves the right to charge on an individual case-by-case basis. D.VICE will contact you to advise of alternative freight prices before sending out your order. You will usually be contacted via email. Examples of orders which may attract an individual freight price charge include, but are not restricted to, unusually large orders or orders which contain more than three jewellery items.
All international orders that attract additional taxes or levies at the port of delivery are at the expense of the buyer to pay.
