To use: Evacuate your bowels before using the douche. Place warm water into the douche bulb and gently insert the tube into the anus. Squeeze the bulb to assist the water entering into the anus. Make sure you are in a stable position (so you won't fall over) in the bath, shower or over the toilet. Repeat this process a few times until the exiting water is clear.
A small amount of vinegar can be added to the water, do not use any chemicals.
