During the New Zealand Covid 19 lock down, D.VICE is still operating as an essential service. You can place orders and they will be couriered to your address. Please note orders are being sent out less frequently to ensure we are meeting Health and Safety requirements so there is a delay on the usual delivery times.

1. How do I shop online? 

The D.VICE website is full of exciting products to purchase. You can start shopping by entering one of the categories listed on the top navigation bar (above the main banner area on the home page) or down the left hand side of each page. To help your shopping experience, we have also listed products in groups, such as Women, Men, Couples and Beginners - which is underneath the main banner area on the home page.

To add an item to your order, select any sizing and colour options and then click the orange ADD TO BASKET button. The item is added to your shopping cart/ 

When you're ready to buy the items in your shopping cart, click the orange CHECKOUT button on your shopping cart. This will take you through to a page that takes you through 4 easy steps.

  1. Verify my order - to check over the order and make sure you have what you want
  2. Shipping information - where you want it sent to
  3. Enter your payment details
  4. Receipt and order confirmation - you can print this out

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details, and we will send your order/

2. What is the shopping cart?

Just as in 'real life' shopping, you collect items you wish to purchase by putting them in the cart. The cart remembers the number and price of the items you add to your order. When you are ready to purchase them just click on the CHECKOUT button/ 

Your shopping cart lists the items that you've selected so far. You can remove items, alter quantities or empty your cart.

3. What about if I want to change my order?

If you want to change the quantities in your cart just select the new quantities from the up and down arrows next to each item. The maximum number on the drop-down depends on how many of the item that we have in stock. You can remove items from your cart by changing the quantity to 0.

4. How do I get to the checkout?

When you are ready to make an online purchase click the CHECKOUT button again to complete your purchase. This will take you through to a page that collects delivery instructions before transferring you to the secure server where you enter your payment details. To cancel an order, simply empty your shopping cart.

5. How can I pay for my order? What if I don't want to pay online?

We offer several payment options, including:

  • Secure credit card payment
    You can use your credit card to pay online. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. To find out more about the online shopping process and about credit card security click here/

  • Credit card by fax or post
    Add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. When you've finished click the CHECKOUT link at the top of any page and enter your deliver details and your order will be totalled up for you including delivery charges. Then choose 'Credit card by post or fax' from the Payment Methods drop down box and click . Print the order form, write your credit card details and CSV number (the 3 digit security number from the back of your credit card) and fax or post the order to us. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express (please note that the Amex security pin is 4 digits and is printed on the front of the card).
  • PLEASE NOTE: Do not use email to send your credit card details. Email is not a secure way of communicating. Our secure link payment system uses encryption technology is the safest way to buy using the internet, to find out more about security over the internet click here/

  • Direct debit or bank transfer
    To pay for your order by direct debit or bank transfer, you'll need to transfer your purchase amount to our bank/ 
    Add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. When you've finished click the CHECKOUT link at the top of any page, then enter your deliver details and your order will be totalled up for you including delivery charges. Choose 'Direct Debit/Bank Transfer' from the Payment Methods drop down box and click 'Proceed to Payment'. You will be shown our bank account details to make your payment. It also contains your order number which should be referenced when you make the transfer. We can also email you the details of your order and you can print the email as the order form if you like/

  • Cheque, bank cheque or money order
    To pay for your order by personal cheque, bank cheque or money order you'll need to print off your CART page and send it to us with the accompanying payment/
    Add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. When you've finished click the CHECKOUT link at the top of any page, enter your deliver details and your order will be totalled up for you including delivery charges. Choose 'Cheque/Bank Cheque/Money Order' from the Payment Methods drop down box and click 'Proceed to Payment'. Post us the printed page of your order, including your cheque or money order. We will also email you the details of your order and you can print the email as the order form if you like/

  • Cash
    To pay for your order by cash, you'll need to use the above method but make your payment with cash.
  • PLEASE NOTE: D.VICE does not recommend posting cash as we do not accept responsibility for cash that is lost in the post/

    6. How long will it take to get my order?

    We'll do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be shipped via standard courier delivery in unmarked packaging. Your order should arrive in 3-5 working days for New Zealand or Australian orders, and within 21 days for international orders. Read more about our delivery and shipping processes and costs here.

    7. How will I know if something is in stock?

    Because we manufacture many of our products we can be sure most of them will be in stock. Generally if a product is out of stock it will not be listed on the website. Where your first preference for colour can not be supplied, we will contact you with another colour choice. If we are unable to get hold of you within 3 working days we will send out the nearest colour option. If for some reason we are unable to fulfil your order immediately we will email you.

    8. How do I know my credit card details are safe?

    We have done everything currently possible to ensure your personal details travel safely and securely across the internet. Our online store uses the latest and most sophisticated SSL encryption technology to safeguard your information. You can find out more about the security protocols employed by D.VICE here

    9. What happens to my credit card number after it's been used?

    D.VICE uses DPS (Direct Payment Solutions) to process our secure online credit card transactions. DPS completes secure credit card processing for large established airlines and many other trusted companies and is a specialist in this field. When you enter your credit card details in the payment field, they are encrypted, processed, and we never actually see, or are in receipt of your credit card details. We receive the payment, and a notification that the payment was successful.

    After the transaction, your credit card details are not held by DPS or D.VICE and cannot be accessed by anyone else.

    10. Will you pass on my information to other people?

    We think your privacy is very important and will not pass your details on to anyone else. That's a promise. You can read more about our privacy policy here

    12. What if something goes wrong?

    Let's hope this doesn't happen! But if something does go wrong with your order please let us know as soon as possible. We try very hard to keep our customers happy, both with our selection and quality of toys, and our customer service.     If you order over the internet, we'll send you a confirmation email when we receive your order. So if there are any problems at our end, we'll be in touch with you.
